About This Program:

The legal world is demanding, and the temptation to self-medicate is all too real. But what if you could identify and address substance-use issues before they escalate? Guided by a lawyer-turned-psychologist, this program employs a harm-reduction lens to navigate the complex terrain of substance use in the legal sector. Participants will learn to spot warning signs in themselves and colleagues, foster open dialogues, and leverage effective strategies to maintain balance. Armed with this knowledge, legal professionals can stay empowered, focused, and above the influence.
